Welcome to Argenti Telecare

Established in 2012 Argenti is an award winning consortium of organisations. It was created to deliver technology enabled care services ‘TECS’,often referred to as telecare,to help people live rewarding,safe and independent lives.

We are the sole provider of telecare for people assessed by the Council as having an ‘eligible need’ for socialcare.

In partnership with the Councilwe are now makingour highly regarded service avaliable to everyone in and around Hampshire and Barnet who wish to purchase it for themselves,a friend or relative.

Service Support:

If any of the equipment supplied to you as part of your service stops performing correctly you can:

  • Call us on 01962 670721 and we will attempt a remote resolution in the first instance. If a resolution is not achieved then we willeither send out replacement equipment or an engineer willvisit your premises to rectify the problem - unless this is duelo damage caused by the user,this support service is Not Chargeable.
  • If you have the Life ine unit,and it is functioning correctly,you can press the button to call through for assistance.The monitoringcentre will pass onyour request lo Red Alert to rectify the problem.
  • If non-urgent you can inform us of any prob ems via the website, by filling the 'Contact Us' form or using the 'Live Chat' function.

Red Alert will respond as required and rectify the prob em raised.
